So, you’ve submitted a killer Curriculum Vitae and supporting documents.The phone call has arrived, you have been selected for interview, but what happens next?The interview is the most stressful and important part of job hunting.This is where the employers make a decision based on his or her impression of whether to hire you for their job.

The interview is where all your hard work can be rewarded or rejected.Flub it here and all your efforts from application to examinations will go down the drain.

1. Make a Great Impression
Always dress in your best attire for the interview. Your attire should be appropriate.Even if you will not wear smart clothing in the position you are applying for, you should ensure you are dressed in business attire for the interview.

2. Do your Homework.
Having a good understanding about the company you are applying to work at will always leave a good impression.If you are knowledgeable about the company you should find answering some of the interview questions much easier. 4. Be confident.
Don’t be embarrassed to appear confident.When speaking and answering questions you should have a tone of confidence in your voice.If you do get in a situation where you are unsure of how to answer you still need to handle it with confidence.By answering with confidence the employer will likely believe that you have the right capabilities for the job.
